Default Black fuel cap cover - 17th April 2017, 11:51 AM

Is the only way to replace the chrome fuel cap cover to buy one of the stick on covers? I'm looking to replace the chrome one with a black version but I can only see the black covers that stick over the chrome one.
Has anyone replaced their chrome one with a black one, and have you found a decent solution?

Paint it. They do come off some how, and they're steel so you can flat them back, etch prime them and paint. Something so small and shapely is pretty easy to get a good result with rattle cans.
