Default Different wheels for my GP2? - 28th June 2014, 05:15 PM

Spurred on by tweekbean's fantastic Clubbie I fancy changing the wheels on my GP2.

I need to stick to the original 17" sizes though and I don't want to compromise the driving quality.

Suggestions gratefully accepted.....

Just Goigled those. They look nice actually.

I like BBS LM wheels but not sure they will look right on a GP?

I'd be tempted by the 1552s, or something multispoke like OZ or Sparco. But if you do get new wheels, ensure that they are lighter than stock.... otherwise, what's the point?

Bbs lms would be great but I think they are 2800 without tyres for the real deal

17x7.5" Pro Race 1.2's, think they saved ~2kg per corner

I think it's the wheelgap... and they look quite small too.
