Impressive! Trying to resist all the goodies you've done to yours...

How is it driving... Overwelming the 205 RFTs?

Must be honest the weather has been rubbish since I picked it up so no idea in terms of pace yet . it drives exact the same as standard although it's quite evident it has more go now

As for the tyres yes they are going as a matter of course as Rft are my pet hate . Just trying to get a few more miles out of them first as they've only done 3500 miles

That's crap re the Weather Rob. I remember having my first Astra mapped and the weather was crap for a few days after so all it did was spin up. I may have to see this car at some point. Now they are 2 litre and capable of 300 Bhp I'm so interested lol

Yeh , managed to have a little blast yesterday not much though as you can imagine living in Manchester the weather is crap.

We should sort something out at some point for a meet up, maybe something VXRO related .

As for buying one I think you should , start saving mate and you can buy this one down the line.....I've started to look at M2's ...just browsing Mrs Novus ...honest

Lol, I won't get away with buying one I don't think. I just can't let go of the Astra, currently on the hunt for an EP3 type R as a track **** too. After the Astra I'll be hunting for a C63 AMG. I have to own one at some point. Who knows I'm hoping buy that point it might be feasible to keep the VXR in the garage and use the C63 daily

Would be a shame to change cars after you have done so much to get the JCW the way you want it.... Grass is not always greener

PS I don't practice what I preach as I've changed more cars than had hot dinners of late

Are you still running the Cravenspeed induction kit,i thought i saw a post from you selling it.If you have gone back to the standard air box i was wondering why. I have one on my JCW and they do seem to run very hot as in IAT.

This is the reason I was going to take it off Al.

However I will persevere with it for now seeing as Ive only recently bought it. If it comes off no doubt it will become an expensive garage shelf ornament

I am looking to see if their are any ways that i can feed cold air up to intake area, the heat soak is not to bad when on the move but by god it gets bloody hot in traffic. If you look at the F56 JCW race cars they use a Closed box system.(Forge i think).
