Default complete mini newbie - 9th December 2017, 09:56 PM

Hello all.. just got myself a r50?? 04 plate cooper..what a motor..well chuffed... nice little toy lol.. anyway my 1st question is (many more to ask) I would like to change the radio to a Bluetooth system.. (my old car had it built in) do I need to get an adapter plate/chassis for a shop bought(not factory fitted) radio and does it require a aerial adapter plug etc.thanks for looking

I’ve not done it on our Mini as I looked long and hard to find one with the Harman Kardon fitted, but I have fitted many upgrade head units across lots of vehicles. I always use this company... they are excellent. The website should tell you all you need but if in doubt ring their help line, they really know their stuff and they are incredibly helpful.
