Standard intercooler I'd go with a 15. It'll go well.

I fitted a 19% pulley just over a year ago..standard inter-cooler,no problems so i would get the pulley you feel you want the most from

There won't be a "problem" fitting a smaller pulley, but the amount of extra head the charger produces running at those higher speeds will rob you of power. If you ask 1320 they will tell you the same.

Whatever. I'm not arguing.

OP - the stock intercooler struggles even with an 11.5% JCW pulley. If you pull hard through the rev range through 2nd and 3rd, by the time you get into 4th the ECU will have retarded the ignition due to the heat build up. This is why the GP had a larger intercooler - increased resistance to heat soak and faster recovery times.

If you're getting it done at 1320 simply ask them. They'll tell you the same.

Of course, yes you CAN run a 17% - you could run a 19% on stock cooler (though I think the standard 330cc injectors will be at their limit for a 17) and it'll work. If you are planning to fit a cooler at a later date or you don't care that it won't be running as well as it could then got for 17 by all means, it won't damage anything. You can fit a 17% without a remap even, but it'll run a bit rich to compensate for the extra heat it's seeing, so you'd use more fuel.
