Default Lawrence1584's Dark Silver R53 - 30th October 2017, 01:58 PM

I've owned my mini for 5 years so thought it was time I started a thread. I bought it back in 2012 with 64k on the clock. I started to do little bits but then lost interest. After a couple of years I've rediscovered my enjoyment for the mini, rejoined this forum and I'm ready to continue this project.

As it stands;

2003 pre face lift
94k miles
Chilli pack
S-Spokes powder coated black
JCW Aero side skirts
JCW door entry strips
JCW carbon gear knob
JCW carbon handbrake grip
Downtubes, gaiters and door armrests
re-trimmed in alcantara with red stitching
Direnza stainless steel exhaust
Cades grille
Airtec top mount intercooler
Ram air induction kit
Mini sport aerial
Led sidelights, side repeaters and number plate bulbs
Face lift door cards to colour code with dashboard

To do;

JCW Aero front bumper (purchased, needs painting)
JCW Aero grilles
GP rear lower trim and bumper inserts
Orranje G-wing
R112 alloys (purchased, need to be fitted)
Top dash and centre dash re-trimmed in alcantara with red stitching
3 spoke steering wheel
Coilovers
Goodridge brake hoses
Centre armrest
17% reduced pulley
Remap
Better induction kit

It's not looking too exciting at the moment but best bits to come when money is available =)

When I purchased it

New grilles fitted

As it stands now

Update :

Interior parts are back from the trimmers. Door armrests, downtubes and gaiters re-trimmed in dark grey alcantara with red stitching. Just need to fit them. Very happy with the quality.

Thank you mate. Just waiting on JCW handbrake grip then I'll post them fitted. I live near Exeter so I used a local company called Westcountry trimmers.

Update :

After a quiet November I picked up a JCW Aero front bumper last weekend. Now need to save for the respray.

New black wheel bolts and locking bolts have arrived from Mini Sport for my R112s. Just need new centre caps in the new year then I can get them fitted.

Went out for a little night drive after a good clean and back to black.

Thank you for your reply, a bit far from Sweden though.
Would like to order with orange stitching to match my Hot Orange.
