Default MINI inspired by Goodwood - 6th April 2018, 10:01 PM

These special editions appeared in 2012 with an eye watering £41k price tag...

- Based on a Cooper S.
- Designed in part by Rolls-Royce at their development centre in Goodwood.
- Limited to 1000 examples worldwide.
- All in Rolls-Royceís exclusive Diamond Black Metallic.
- Rolls-Royce exclusive 'Cornsilk' Leather found on the 2-tone dashboard, including the surrounds of the central instrument and the air vents, the centre console, carpet surfaces, leather seats, roof lining as well as the door, side and body pillar cladding.
- The dashboard and door handle surfaces are finished in 'Walnut Burr', a wood quality also exclusive to Rolls-Royce, the Black Nappa leather dashboard top, tipped leather Cornsilk door linings as well as Piano Black surface finishes for the buttons on the multifunction steering wheel and the controls below the central instrument all provide additional quality-enhancing accents.
- In addition, the car boasts Cashmere roof linings, sun visors, rear storage tray and deep-pile lambswool floor mats.

Model 1 of 1000 has appeared for sale at Sytner Swansea for £17,500!18

Itís a shame there isnít many special editions for the 3rd gen.

Hmm, that interior does nothing for me.
I agree, it looks luxurious, but in a way my grandad would like.

It's a lovely car but it's too pricey even 17k lets be honest anyone but a MINI fan will think it looks no different to another black R56 that you can pick up for 4K or less lol

I've been lucky enough to drive one of these, and whilst it feels very luxurious, I don't think they warrant the cost - especially as it doesn't even have a bonnet scoop!
