03/2012 all4, ZERO issues, ZERO rattles or squeaks, 1 service bulletin (coolant temp sensor, but i had no problems prior to the sb fix), 1 preemptive repair to replace the oil solenoid valve as the technician thought it was beginning to leak (weep) when i had it in for an oil change.

since new, 28.8 mpg overall, high 41.9 mpg, low 11.8 mpg (lots of fun that tank!), usually ~24-25 mpg city and ~32-34 mpg highway

replaced the pirelli p7 225/45R18 rfs with michelin 225/50R18 pilot super sport non-rfs ... MUCH BETTER!

also have a set of mini oem 16" alloys (from ecs tuning) and dunlop 205/70R16 grandtrek sj6 winter tires with tpms senders (from Alex @ tirerack)

i have added the rear cup-holders, replaced the front cup-holders with the larger front cup-holders, replaced the right, left and mickey center vent/speedo cover with the black covers (mine were silver)

lots of checkerboard accessories

had the gray roof rails painted white to match the roof

milltek DP back exhaust, DOS race CAI, tyrolsport FMIC, intake muffler delete

researching a tune, waiting for OBD tune

Default Countryman Common Issues - 21st February 2014, 09:18 PM

[QUOTE=bmwr606;92429]

i have added the rear cup-holders, replaced the front cup-holders with the larger front cup-holders, replaced the right, left and mickey center vent/speedo cover with the black covers (mine were silver)

How straight forward was changing the vent and speedo covers and what was the cost of parts?

i got the parts from sewell.com
OEM Mini Accessories & Replacement Parts Warehouse

Additional Rear Countryman Cup Holders-With Front Center Armrest 51169813055K $79.43
Countryman Cupholder Upgade-Basic Radio 51169811185K $39.37
Cover, air outlet, dashboard, left PIANO BLACK 51459810003 $22.84
Cover, air outlet, dashboard, right PIANO BLACK 51459810004 $22.84
Center Trim ring PIANO BLACK 51459810000 $83.13

the installs were easy, the exception being the right hand vent, the glove-box has to be removed to get at a screw

having the parts in hand shows you how to install them, plus some help from the various forums!

i highly suggest trim removal plastic tools
