I didnt think the rears were worth it...
It is easier to mod the caliper bracket than to change the cables completely.

I would do front and rears at the same time to manage the correct balance but I know that many have only done the fronts

Fair enough... Most of the braking is done by the fronts anyhow so the effect on the balance isnt significant IMO, well it hasnt become a problem on my car, perhaps an upgrade of rear pads over stock may be a cheaper option to give the rears a little more bite... cost/gain for doing the rears isnt worth it for me...
