This, unfortunately, is nothing new.

There are quite a few classic owners who despise the MINI. This does not reflect the opinion of all classic owners, but it's quite clear that those who share this opinion will not be changing their minds any time soon.

Them not liking it is no issue, at least they aren't being rude about it Lots of people on the page are telling the person - whoever it may be, to grow up, get a life...and some saying they are ashamed to be part of the mini community after seeing the group!

Hoot, this is another example of the hatered thats being ignored, why sneak around like a thief in the night, damaging cars, why not confront the owners. I'm open to their comments, they may not like my response ! I wonder if some of the people commenting on the scrap yard thread can shed some light on this !

The hatred isn't being ignored. As I said before, it isn't the shared opinion of all classic owners. However, there are certain individuals who have a very low opinion of the MINI and some who would even go to the level of vandalising them.

If I caught a daft **** vandalising my car because it was a new mini I would totally destroy the idiot, i am not a violent guy as a rule but why there has to be this level of hatered against this car I will never get it.
