What actually happened to Palo Uber?

Hi,

Well, a few years ago i came across the Palo Uber website and i loved some of their products. Unfortunaly i was too young to by anything from them. So once i got my MINI at the end of last year i looked into getting some of their products, but there website was non existent.

So, i asked around on here and after a while i was given a e-mail adress to try and contact them on. I knew this was a long shot as no one had heard from them in years but i thoght i would try. Well i got an e-mail back today. it said:

Harry;
The company is in the midst of being sold. Mini-mania and mini-madness(george).Let me know, and many thanks
Geoffrey

I though this e-mail was abit odd and didn't make sense really but i took it as they were being sold to Mini-mania and mini-madness.

Well i decided to e-mail mini mania and mini madness. And i got an e-mail back from mini madness streight away. He had this to say:

Their liars! Who did you talk to?

George Mehallick, President

So, this looks to me as the people from Palo Uber were telling me abit of a fib.

But, if anyone has any information about them maybe getting into business again or maybe selling but to someone else, please could you let me know as i would love their carbon wing extension.

If they can't tell you, I don't know how you expect anyone else to be able to?

I understand what you mean but you never know and it doesn't hurt to ask.

I just wouldn't even consider spending money with a company who appear to have disappeared and/or be giving out weird or incorrect information. Surely another place can offer the same or similar products. One that hasn't apparently vanished.

That company is like the black plague in the US. There were so many complaints from SO MANY people that I think Jack the Ripper had a better chance of selling mini parts.

It's too bad, they had some cool stuff.
